1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the website mauriziorusso.art, hereinafter "the Site", an informational showcase of the artist Maurizio Russo (Gela, Sicily, Italy). Using the Site implies full acceptance of the following terms.

The Site is purely informational and cultural: it presents the artist's works, biography and exhibitions. It is not a commercial offer, it does not enable online purchases and it does not collect user subscriptions or data. All content on the Site — images of the works, descriptive texts, photographs, biography, visual identity — is the property of Maurizio Russo or the respective rights holders and is protected by Italian and international copyright law (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended).

Any reproduction (even partial), publication on other media, modification or commercial use of the content without explicit written authorisation from the artist is forbidden. Personal use is allowed (viewing, printing a single work sheet via the dedicated button) as is sharing links to public pages.

The information on the Site is provided in good faith and with the utmost care. The artist nonetheless does not guarantee that every content is fully accurate or up to date and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site.
